Welcome to Phoenix Brass

Phoenix Brass Band is a friendly 2nd section band based in Crewkerne, Somerset. We were founded back in 1995 with the ethos that banding should be fun, should not dominate your life yet we still take the music seriously. We are a contesting band and have enjoyed successes over the years since our foundation. For a little more history about the band, click here.

Latest News .... New Musical Director!

After a few weeks of auditions and advertising, we are pleased to announce that we have appointed a new Musical Director, Dave Hatton. Dave is professional musician serving in the Army, based in Bovington. Dave is very keen to help us push forward as a band and build on the successes we had under Paul. Forthcoming Events - Brass on the Grass, Barrington Court - Sunday 18th July
