Paul SlatorPaul Slator - Musical Director

Paul began his musical career at the age of 7 when he started playing with the junior band of the Salvation Army in Banbury and was clear from a young age that he wanted to join the Royal Marines Band.

At the age of 16 he took the train journey that delivered him to the seaside town of Deal in Kent where the Royal Marines School of Music was then based. He completed his musical and military training and qualified as a Royal Marines musician playing euphonium and cello .... more
