By becoming a 'Friend of Phoenix Brass', you will be showing us your support and commitment and share our success.  Each 'Friend' receives;

• Newsletters-to keep you up to date with the band's progress and events,
• Concession voucher for one HALF PRICE admission to a concert organised solely by Phoenix Brass (Crewkerne),
• Recognition of your support in various concert programmes.

To become a 'Friend of Phoenix Brass' just print and complete this form and send it to the address shown together with a cheque for £10 per person.  Membership valid for one year from date of payment.
