3rd Place for Phoenix at Weston
A very wet Sunday in Weston-Super-Mare but a great result for the band, coming 3rd in the second section yesterday. The band played Gilbert Vinter's Triumphant Rhapsody, a great yet testing piece of music for a second section band. It has been a very enjoyable piece to rehearse each Tuesday evening and the 3rd place made up for the wind and rain.
Well done to Cinderford who won the section. I will post all the results when I have them later in the week.
