Looking ahead to the National Finals

We are counting down the weeks until we will be playing at the National Brass Band Championship Finals in Cheltenham.

The Finals

This is the first time the band will be competing at the National Finals since 1999. This year the Finals will be held at the Centaur at Cheltenham Racecourse over the weekend of 17th / 18th September. We will be competing in the third section, which starts on the morning of Sunday 18th.

The test piece we are set to play is "Lake of the Moon" by Kevin Houben, which at a first glance should suit the band very welll (click here to see the other section test pieces chosen).

New Players Welcome
