Happy New Year

Happy New Year to everyone supporting and involved with Phoenix Brass. 2009 was a good year for the band so we are all keen to push on and achieve even better things for 2010.

This year is going to be big for Phoenix. The band were re-formed in 1995 so this makes 2010 the 15th year since our reformation. As a result we are embarking on a recording project in May so we can release our first ever band CD in the summer months. More details about our plans for the recording and other events to mark our 15th anniversary will be posted on the website as and when they are available.

In addition to the band recording, we are hoping to better our good contest results of 2009. The main contest of the year is looming in March, so we are busy practising to try and ensure our good run of results continues into 2010.

The band diary dates will be updated in the coming days with all of the details of where and when you can hear us playing.
