Weston Brass Win at Leicester Open

Everyone at Phoenix would like to extend our congratulations to Tony Osborne and all at Weston Brass for their recent win in the 3rd section at the Leicester Open.

We have close ties to Weston Band through their Musical Director, Tony, who is married to our solo horn player Marie and was once the band's principal cornet player. Tony still comes back for most concerts and contests and most recently took to the stage with us on Saturday at Weymouth, meaning he had a very busy weekend with the Sunday contest up in Leicester.
