Happy New Year 2018

Happy New Year from everyone at Phoenix.

After a busy run up to Christmas we have had some time off to recover but starting next Tuesday (9th Jan) we will be back in the band room to start work on our test piece for the West of England Brass Band Championships in Torquay.

In the run up to Christmas we were kindly invited to play Christmas carols in the store in Waitrose, Crewkerne. This allowed us to stay warm whilst we collected money to help with the running of the band. We are a non profit making community group so all money earned is re-invested to keep the band going. The continued support from Waitrose is a massive help and is very much appreciated.
